Han Se-joo is a bestselling author dubbed "the Stephen King of Korea." He is as popular as K-POP stars. While he's suffering from writer's block, an old typewriter is delivered to his doorstep.

When he moves the old typewriter, which looks at least 70 years old, into his studio, Se-joo begins to see a ghost from the 1930s, and he can't tell if it's real or not. When Se-joo declares that he will stop writing due to burnout, his editor suggests that he hire a ghostwriter. Se-joo refuses right away, but after a sudden accident, he falls into a coma. Meanwhile, somebody writes under his name and creates a smash hit. Jin-oh is the ghostwriter who wouldn't show himself, but he appears in front of Se-joo to offer him a deal. "I'll write for you until you get over your writer's block. Just stop my woman from seeing other people."

In this time-slip romance mystery, three people connect through an old typewriter.
